Curieusement, je n'avais pas r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que cette recette sans lait et sans \u0153uf \u00e9tait si adapt\u00e9e aux allergies jusqu'\u00e0 ce que les enfants veuillent faire des p\u00e2tisseries avec des amis allergiques aux \u0153ufs. Cette recette diff\u00e8re l\u00e9g\u00e8rement de la plupart des recettes de biscuits \u00e0 l'avoine et au sirop d'or, car elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 affin\u00e9e au fil des ans pour pouvoir \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9e avec de petits assistants. J'ai tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse avec les mesures car mes petits assistants ne sont pas tr\u00e8s dou\u00e9s pour garder les ingr\u00e9dients dans le bol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire fondre la margarine au micro-ondes - 1 minute \u00e0 pleine puissance devrait suffire - puis ajouter le sirop d'or et passer le m\u00e9lange au micro-ondes pendant 15 \u00e0 30 secondes suppl\u00e9mentaires, juste assez pour faire fondre le sirop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9langez le m\u00e9lange chaud, puis versez-le sur les ingr\u00e9dients secs et demandez \u00e0 votre petit assistant de les m\u00e9langer. La chaleur s'\u00e9chappe tr\u00e8s rapidement du m\u00e9lange fondu, mais soyez prudent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lorsque tous les ingr\u00e9dients secs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 m\u00e9lang\u00e9s. Roulez le m\u00e9lange en boules d'environ 2 cm de diam\u00e8tre, puis \u00e9crasez-les sur la plaque pour former des cercles d'environ un centim\u00e8tre d'\u00e9paisseur. Une poign\u00e9e de 4 ans est \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s parfaite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuire au four pendant environ 15 minutes, puis laisser refroidir pendant 5 minutes avant de les retourner sur une grille.
